Shipping Insurance
You may subscribe to our shipping insurance for CAD 2.99. Our shipping insurance covers the cost of one free reship if your order is lost or damaged. You do not have to contact the post office to make a claim. However, you must check that the package is in good condition and sign for it upon receipt. Your signature certifies that the package has been delivered and is in good condition. Once your signature is affixed, we are no longer responsible for your package.
Shipping
Every order is shipped from Canada with Canada Post. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with shipping that are beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
